DIANI BEACH is located 30 kilometres South from Mombasa in Kenya. The plot is situated on the main road in the center of Diani Beach, approximately 100 meters from the beach.
Totally there are 12.5 acres running along 216 meters on the road and 318 meters towards the airport. On the area of the plot, which takes 20,000 square meters from the road, is constructed a shopping center including a restaurant with a seating capacity of 100 persons, casino, disco, piano bar, offices, shops, stores, laundry, workshop, an emergency generator and a large swimming pool.

The remainder of the plot has been urbanized and divided into 16 plots of 2000 square meters served with electric power and with a 285kw emergency generator.
Our project had been realized in order to build 200/300 flats to be sold in time sharing or to be rented as residence. Project can be also developed as hotel facility.
