Ostredek is a small village located only 43 km from the center of Prague on Exit 34 of the D1 motor way beginning in Pankrac, Prague 4 ~ traveling from Prague to Brno, Ostredek is on the right. Exit 34 is a major exit connecting the District town of Benseov and Prague to the ever popular recreation area of Sazava which is frequented by many of the 1.2 million residents of Prague as well as surrounding areas. There are many weekend homes and it is the recreation area of choice for much the Czech Republic. Traveling from Prague, the site is visible at the beginning of the ESSO Patrol station about 1.5 km before the exit.

Development of this area has the full support of the Mayor of Ostredek who works closely with offices in Benesov who approve the "Uzemni rozhodnuti" (declaration for construction area). All services such as water, gas and electricity are readily available from Ostredek and only need to be run to the building site. Further assistance and consultation services are available from the project manager on separate agreement.
