BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF SPECIFICATIONS
The four independent houses are constructed with extremely high standards, taking into consideration the traditional architecture with today's innovating materials.

  • Earthworks: Technical specifications by the Greek Ministry of Construction were followed during excavations.

  • Concrete Works: Buildings carrying structure were effected with Beton under (C-16/20) specifications, reinforced Steel with Specifications (S500s), Anti-Earthquake study according the most recent Hellenic Anti-Earthquake Regulation (EAK 2000).

  • Coatings: For the interior and exterior building's coatings, waterproof materials have been used in order to provide water resistance to wall constructions.

  • External Masonry: Double stretcher wall reinforced with chenaz and coatings of dow type, thus to present the different local traditional architectural characteristic walls of the houses.

  • Wall Coverings: According to the traditional Santorini style made from marble - powder and color.

  • Internal Coverings: Ecological specification paintings with water-colors or 'A' grade plastic colors.

  • Floor Coverings: Typical Santorini forged cement with color or 'A' class tiles of selected quality.

  • Pluming: Independent water distribution system is connected to the main water supply of the Municipality. Pipes are of reinforced PVC.

  • Sewage System: Independent sewage system is connected to the public system.

  • Electrical: Due consideration has been taken for the installation of hot and cold Air Conditioning system. Each house is equipped with independent supply for telephone and electricity.

  • Surrounding Areas: Have been constructed with volcanic stone walls and compounds are separated from each other with small walls and arches according to the typical style of Santorini. Each house has its own private swimming pool or outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the breath taking view of the sea. Traditional pergolas made from Swedish wood are processed with anti - corrosion varnishes. Compound's common ground, yards and public circulation areas are covered with local stone pavements. Each house has its own private parking area within the compound.

    All four houses have been constructed with 'A' plus standards and are situated in a magnificent location less than 1.200 meters from the center of Oia's traditional settlement and about 15 kilometers from the Airport and Seaport of Santorini.
